This investment follows the recently announced strategic investment from Celtis Venture Partners, marking continued momentum for Cleanwatts Digital following its successful management buyout earlier this year. The back-to-back investments underscore strong investor confidence in the company’s AI-powered platform and its position in the rapidly expanding energy flexibility market.
Magnify Capital Partners, a Lisbon-based private equity fund manager, invests through its NOVUS fund, which targets small and medium-sized Portuguese companies implementing innovative solutions in support of the green economy and digital transformation. The fund operates in partnership with Banco Português de Fomento as part of Portugal’s Recovery and Resilience Plan.
